Orders placed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. will be processed within the next 48/72 hours from receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
We also do not ship on local and/or national holidays. The order will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping worldwide
We offer free shipping from €180 in Europe and €260 in the rest of the world.
Delivery is between 3-15 working days. The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the package.
Once your shipment reaches the country of destination, it will pass to the internal courier service, according to standard delivery procedures.
A signature will be required for delivery whenever the type of service requires it.
If it cannot be delivered, you will be left a note so that you can resolve the delivery.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs or import fees will be charged when the package arrives at its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties are different for different countries.
It might be a good idea to check with your local customs office for current charges before placing any order, to avoid unexpected charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within the first 5 days of receipt, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition.
If your order has already been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded and the products are under your responsibility until they are returned to us.
You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please email us with your order number and the reason you are requesting a refund.
You must return the product(s) in the same condition as you received them (at your own cost and risk).
You have a legal obligation to take care of the product while it is in your possession. If you don't, we may have a claim against you for compensation.
We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 28 days of the date you gave notice of the incident.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within the first 10 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event of faulty products, please email us explaining the reasons for the return to hola@3dnewton.net, adding your order number or product reference and the nature of the return, as well as any comment or photo regarding the condition of the product to understand the reasons for this.

• The item or items are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, make sure to send the package using a secure and traceable mail system, as well as to keep the proof of receipt of the shipment. Please make sure the package is insured and prepaid.
• Products must be returned with the original product packaging bag otherwise they will not be accepted.
• All returns (including product packaging) must arrive back to us in re-saleable condition.
• We will send you an e-mail when the return has been processed.
• The refund will be credited to the same card account, Paypal or bank account used to make the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 28 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the order holder.
• If you have a problem, please keep all the order and shipping information so that you can follow up.
• Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in us returning the product to you without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, a refund will be made once the relevant investigation has been carried out.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If the new product is cheaper than the original product, the difference must be spent on another product, but there will be no refund unless the original is defective.
